Scottish Ballet - Romeo & Juliet

I used to sketch ballet all the time - I was fascinated with the beauty of its lines and the emotion of it. I took photos of the Nutcracker in December, and it was simply a dream come true for me.
I thought this ballet was exquisite.

John Mayer O2 Glasgow

I first saw John singing his ' The Great Outdoors' in 2004 - and I thought what a catchy tune. I bought his 'Rooms for Squares' album. He is now one of the top guitarists and writers in the uS. He is one of the best.

Laura Veirs

Laura is a songstress from Portland Oregan - she was in a print dress and 6 months pregnant and she enjoyed a few heckles. She sang her coloured lyrics that often draw their roots from the natural world, and sang with her clear vocals and unexpected rhythms on guitar, alongside strong vocal harmonies from the band.

Concert for Erne Parkin January 2010

I was privileged to know Erne and work with him on the Mugdock music festival which took place at the park in 2007, 2008 and 2009. He was an artist, musician, organiser and writer. He will be sadly missed. He also ran the Place for music in Milngavie, and performed with the Crossborder band.
